Please note – Due to some problems at previous events there can be no selling of balloons or inflatables!
An area is provided as per your request, however you must bring your own gazeebos and tables.
Your Pitch Number will be marked on the grass. You will receive your pitch number earlier than one week prior to event day.
Set Up from 8am. arrive via Stanley Road Gate
Event Start: 10:30am and close at 4:30pm.
No vehicle movements after 9:30am or before 4:30pm since security escort will be required. Generally this is not allowed.
Stalls should not be broken down until after event closes
Where vehicles can not be parked safely behind the stall, they must be parked in the designated parking area.

Risk Assessment
All Stall Holders/Traders/Operators must complete a Fire Risk Assessment of their own stall and send it to us with the completed booking form. Click on the download link below.Please ensure you have copies of all insurances, certificates with you at the event in case these documents are requested.
Please note that the attachment covers stall holders and food concessions. Also it is a generic form and therefore some aspects may not apply so simply strike a line through non-applicable areas. Treat the questions as referring to your own space only. As organisers we will also have a separate safety plan covering the entire event site outside of your trade space.
